Mindseed Vashi is housed in the charming neighbourhoods of Vashi, near Individual Row House, next to Bassein Catholic Bank. Apart from the scenic views, the school offers all the necessary learning facilities including spacious classrooms and creative play areas.

At Mindseed Preschool, the primary focus is on celebrating the unique talents and skills of every child. Keeping this in mind, the school has developed a personalised curriculum that allows children to engage in creative activities and identify and nurture their true abilities. Each child at Mindseed has the freedom to embrace learning at their own pace. While we recognise the importance of early childhood learning for children, our school equally prioritises their playing needs and encourages them to explore and learn in collaboration with others. Mindseed Preschool’s approach is centred around the holistic development of children, blending academic learning with essential life skills. This balance ensures that while children excel in cognitive tasks, they also grow socially and emotionally, fostering a community of confident, curious learners ready to explore the world around them.

Hi!! My name is Dr. Preksha Dugar. I am a Prosthodontist by profession.Returning to work was challenging, as both Parth and I experienced separation anxiety. Enrolling him at Mindseed Vashi at just 18 months made this transition smoother. Charu ma'am (Charushila Anant Bhosle), the principal, provided incredible support, caring for Parth like her own and guiding me through those early days. Knowing he was in her capable and loving care brought me peace. The entire team at Mindseed Vashi is wonderful, and Parth loves being with them, which brings me so much comfort and gratitude.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Mindseed School, Vashi Sector 14Our experience with Mindseed School, Vashi Sector 14 has been extremely disappointing and far from what we expected from a preschool that promotes itself as progressive and child-focused.At the time of admission, we were assured of a structured, development-focused learning environment and an appropriate class setup. However, after admission, we experienced several serious issues:• We were promised that the school kit and uniform would be provided from the date of joining, but even after around six weeks, despite making the required payment, the kit/uniform was not provided.• We later discovered that the Sr. KG class had only two children and was combined with the Jr. KG class. This was a significant concern for us because we expected an age-appropriate learning environment for our child.• Due to the mixed-age arrangement, we felt that the academic engagement and learning opportunities for the Sr. KG child were inadequate. The teachers were understandably required to focus on the younger children as well.• When we raised our concerns with the teachers and school management, we were repeatedly assured that more students would join after the summer vacation. Unfortunately, there was no meaningful improvement.• The situation ultimately became so unsuitable that we had to discontinue sending our child to the school, as our child was visibly uncomfortable, demotivated and unhappy with the classroom environment.• We formally requested admission cancellation and a refund of the applicable fees, with the understanding that the April fee could be deducted as applicable.What has been even more disappointing is the way our refund request has been handled.Despite multiple emails, reminders, follow-ups and escalations, we were unable to get a timely resolution. We repeatedly had to follow up simply to receive a response regarding our own refund.At one stage, the Principal informed us that she was on medical leave and requested us to meet after her return. We were also repeatedly asked for an in-person meeting. Since I was out of town, I clearly communicated that I was willing to attend a Google Meet/online meeting, but the matter still remained unresolved.We subsequently escalated the matter to senior management, requesting intervention and a written explanation regarding the delay and the issues at the branch.Unfortunately, even after more than a month and multiple follow-ups, the matter remained unresolved, leaving us with no option but to proceed with a formal grievance and legal escalation.My concerns are not just about the refund.For parents, choosing a school is a matter of trust. If a particular classroom structure, student strength or learning arrangement is materially different from what a parent understood at the time of admission, it should be communicated transparently before admission, not after the child has joined.Similarly, once a parent raises a genuine concern regarding their child's learning environment, the expectation is for the school to address it professionally and promptly.Unfortunately, our experience has been one of repeated assurances, delayed responses and prolonged follow-up, rather than a straightforward resolution.I am sharing this review so that other parents can ask detailed questions about class strength, class composition, age-group structure, learning methodology, school kit/uniform timelines and refund policies before taking admission.I sincerely hope the school management takes this feedback constructively and improves transparency, communication and accountability so that other parents do not have to go through a similar experience.Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that parents conduct thorough due diligence and get all important commitments in writing before enrolling their child.
