I am Sunita Pandey, the Principal of Mindseed Preschool & Daycare in Panvel 2. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education and over 25 years of experience in the education sector, I joined Mindseed 5.5 years ago with a belief in the company’s vision: ‘Change the world by unlocking each person’s learning potential.’ I truly believe in transparency, and I have built strong bonds with both my parents and my team. At Mindseed, every child is considered unique, and we work at their pace. I am honored and privileged to be a part of this educational institute.

Very warm and welcoming approach made it ease me as first time mother. Home like environment and care is given.. Food standard taking care of nutrition of the child is also a great advantage..The teachers and support staff is very supportive, it is helping to build and to nuture relationship in kid. Overall a positive environment with varies things to learn and explore.

I am quite impressed with the teaching methods at Mindseed Preschool Panvel - 2 which is different from other schools. The teaching staff is very good at nurturing and developing the children’s academic skills as well as social interaction and productive play.

"My daughter has been a part of Mindseed for the past two years, starting from nursery. During this time, her confidence has grown tremendously, thanks to the dedication and hard work of the teachers, non-teaching staff, and Principal Ma’am, Sunita Ji.At just 4 years old, she has no fear of performing on stage, which is a true testament to the wonderful training and nurturing she received from the teaching staff.
