The Story of Our Origin
Our story began a couple of decades ago when Ms. Sushma Dhumal felt the need for an institution that tailored education to the individual needs of the students. She planted the seeds of what we now know as ‘personalized learning’ way back in 2004 with the establishment of Vishwajyot High School. Since then, the Wunderbar Kids Group has grown to be among the leading education groups in Western India with three brands under its umbrella today, one among them is the Mindseed Preschools.Ā Ā
Mindseed came into the picture in 2012 as Prasad and Amrut decided to carry forward the vision of their mother to impart personalized learning to children right from the foundation years.Ā With the learnings at Vishwajyot High School in hand, the aim was to ensure a smooth transition from foundation years to high school.

Every child is unique, with their own distinct learning style and pace of understanding. We understand this and thus, every class is a learning journey that is uniquely theirs and opens doors to an immersive learning environment.Ā
Every child in a class gets the opportunity to embrace their learning pace and explore their learning abilities through a variety of activities. At Mindseed, we have the classrooms graded as skill rooms, where the focus is on delivering a curriculum that embraces their skills.Ā
Mindseed believes every child has the potential to succeed in life and our efforts are focused on laying a strong foundation to make that happen. We tailor our educational approach to meet each child at their developmental stage, utilizing a data-driven and personalized model of instruction. Mindseed has developed its proprietary methodology of unlocking their unique abilities through a gamification approach. Through our Mindseed app, parents can gauge their child’s expertise level in each of the development areas.
Our Core Philosophy
Through skill-based learning, our efforts are focused on strengthening these capabilities and nurturing the curiosity in children from a young age, thus helping each of them fall in love with learning. Learning should not be forced upon children, rather, it should be child-led, which is why Mindseed has developed a modern learning approach considering the skill-level and the needs and wants of children. They are free to choose a learning path where they can embrace their own pace of learning. At Mindseed, mistakes are not frowned upon, they are taught to be embraced.Ā
