Aiesha Kotak
Principal, Mindseed Preschool and Daycare, Mahim.
Trained as a Customer Relationship Manager, Aiesha found it difficult to start her career after her maternity break. At Mindseed we understand the importance of skills that women gain during maternity, for any career, more so for early childhood education and care.
Aiesha says “After a break of 4 years, it was a tough decision for me to start a career again. However, the tougher was to get one. Mindseed valued the skills I gained in 11 years of corporate job as well as during maternity and allowed me to pursue my passion for kids learning. It’s been 2 years now and I don’t have enough words to describe the joy it gives me to be a part of the team, that has a mission to drive better learning outcomes through personalised learning.
